What is the filesize of the client supposed to be? It's downloading at 250 kb/sec, but it says the remaining time is 'unknown', and it's already at 236 Mb!
I've stopped the download to try over a few times, but that doesn't solve anything.
Is there an alternative download location somewhere?

(This is in FireFox by the way.)

What does this mean exactly if I already have Virtual Box installed? Will I still be able to use it?

Hello.
I'm new around here and would like to share my cpu in vSwarm Client, but I'm having trouble getting to share.

1 - I downloaded the setup-win.
2 - I started to install completes the installation successfully.

I have to do with this program that installs VMware Player?

is from here that I do not understand if someone can tell step by step grateful.

I have an ESXi box that I would like to drop vSwarm on. I have not installed the client yet (still downloading), but I should be able to extract the VM out of the installer...(?) And if I can get it started on my ESXi box, would I be able to manage it?

Anyone else attempted it?

Hi,

i succesfully installed the client, but when i try to start i get the error message

Cannot open the disk 'C:\ProgramData\vSwarm Client\vSwarm_Client.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: Failed to lock the file.

from vmware. I thought another process might access the file so i tried to use an unlocker but that wasnt the fault.

hi guys,
i'm downloading the client but it seems so slow, less than 20kb/s
is there a torrent or something faster?
am i allow to distribute it to my friends? as i want to help increase the population here.
by the look of it, vSwarm seems very promising.

I have vmware workstation already installed, causing the vmware player to refuse installation. Since I run 6.0.x (if it works, don't break it) I get an error when the vswarm VM tries to start.

This should at least be addressed on the requirements page I think :)

I really want to share my ubuntu desktop at home, but as a linux client isn't available would it work if i installed vswarm inside windows which is running through virtualbox? basically a virtual machine within a virtual machine? or would it get confused and fail?

Has anyone tried installing it through WINE yet? I might give it a go tonight if not :)
